What does the AI actually say to my customers?
We train it on your business — your services, your prices, your service area, your personality. It's not a generic robot. It sounds like your front desk, because we built it to. You approve everything before it goes live, and you can adjust the tone anytime.
I'm not tech-savvy. Is this going to be hard to use?
Nope. There's nothing for you to learn or manage. Customers text, the AI responds. You get a notification when something's booked. When a job's done, you send us a quick text and the invoice goes out. If you can text, you can use this.
What if the AI gives wrong information?
We train it only on information you provide and approve. For anything outside its knowledge, it's trained to say 'Let me have [your name] get back to you on that' and sends you a notification. It knows what it doesn't know.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. We offer a 60-day satisfaction period. If it's not making you money or saving you time, you can cancel — no hard feelings, no long-term contract.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. We set up a dedicated business text number that works alongside your existing phone. Your current number stays the same. The AI number handles the overflow — the calls you can't get to.
