The process
From first conversation to live website in 1 to 3 weeks
Day 1
Discovery conversation
We start with a one-hour conversation. No questionnaires, no intake forms — just a real discussion about your business, your customers, and what you want your website to accomplish.
We'll talk about your brand, your competitors, what you like and don't like, and what success looks like. By the end of this conversation, we have everything we need to start building.
Days 2–3
AI design generation
Using the information from our conversation, we use AI to generate multiple design directions — layout options, color treatments, typography choices, and content structure. This is where AI saves the most time: what used to take a designer 2–4 weeks of iteration now happens in hours.
We curate the best elements from these generations, combine them with your brand guidelines, and present a direction for your review. You give feedback, we adjust, and we lock in the design.
Days 3–10
AI-Driven Development
AI writes the initial code — clean, modern, standards-compliant code using Next.js or Astro with Tailwind CSS. We write evaluations that grade AI output against our quality standards, then feed the results back into AI-driven feedback loops — so the code improves itself iteratively until every component passes.
During this phase, we build out all your pages, connect your contact forms, set up your database, optimize images, configure SEO, and set up AI model optimization — including llms.txt and JSON-LD structured data so your business is accurately represented by AI assistants. Everything is tested across devices and browsers.
Days 10–14
Review, refine, and launch
You review the site on a staging URL. We walk through every page together. You request changes — and because AI accelerates our workflow, those changes happen in hours, not days. Once you're happy, we deploy to Vercel's production network.
We connect your domain, enable HTTPS, set up analytics, and verify everything is running smoothly. Your site is live and ready for customers.
Our sites are not built on WordPress and do not include a client-accessible CMS. When you need content updated, just email us — we handle it for you, usually within one business day.

Neon
Your website's database
A database that lives in the cloud, scales automatically, and costs almost nothing for small business websites. Traditional databases run 24/7 even when no one is visiting — you pay for all that idle time. Neon scales to zero when not in use and wakes up instantly when a customer visits. For a small business, this means the database portion of your hosting is often just a few dollars a month, or free.
Next.js / Astro
Your website's code framework
The code framework your website is built on. Industry-standard, open source, used by thousands of companies. You own it. We can always move it. It's not locked in a proprietary system like Wix or Squarespace. If you ever want to work with a different developer, they'll understand the code immediately.
